I got this pan after Valentine's day at a great price and used it to make some post "valentine" heart cookies. They came out great, the non-stick pan releasing them easily on the cooling rack after letting them cool for about 10 min. With the designs imprinted on the top of the cookies, this made it easy to decorate with piping gel and decorating icing. I had ordered previously the other 12-cavity design pan from Wilton, so next Valentine's day, I'll will be ready to make wonderful cookies for this fun holiday.
