This is a beautiful product with a great quality. The shamrocks are big enough to make desserts. You
can also make ice with it.. just remember that the shamrocks are kind of big so mind the glass space you will need.

I love this cup cake pan. Mix up batter pour in, cook, then just turn upside down and they drop out. I was amazed, the cupcakes seemed to retain more moisture compaired to regular metal pans.

I bought two of these to make decorative cupcakes for my daughter's class for St. Patrick's Day. I made a devil's food cake and it stuck. I allowed 1 hour for these to cool on a cooling rack and they still stuck. Each and every cupcake. My second batch I sprayed with cooking spray and they worked perfectly. So my thoughts are basically these are great if you want the shape but are not really any better than metal pans. The price is a little high at $10 for a pan that makes only 6 cupcakes. I would not dissuade someone from buying these. I would however warn them to not believe the hype and still grease or oil these before use.
