Good value and good product Jan 05, 2011
By unkajoe This is a very good value for the money. We didn't need "the very best" product available. We needed something that works for us without breaking the bank for a very ordinary product. These pans filled the bill for us and work very well. They are very superior to the old aluminum pans we have had for many years and we expect them to give many years of service.

Great product for a great price!!!! Jun 21, 2010

Great non-stick pans for a great price. I use them for pizzas, and breads from the dough from my bread machine. I love them!!! Super easy clean-up, too...cuz nothing sticks to it.
Update: Had these pans for about a year now. Still LOVE them!!!!!! I've even baked cookies on them, and frozen french fries. The uses are endless. And they still have a nice non-stick coating to them.

I have a convection microwave that can use cookware up to 13". It works great for pizza. You can even make a frozen pie taste good with a few additional toppings.
If you have a similar convection oven, the tabs extend to 14" and will not work in mine. The product description needs to include the full 14" diameter outside.
If you use the 3 for 4 and Amazon prime, it's a good deal if your oven is larger. For those looking to find products made in the USA, this is not one of them.
For those who like to use frozen pizza dough, buy from Sam's Club. Buy them at the cafe. You can buy 20 "balls" for about 15.00. Each one will make 2 thin hand stretched or 1 thick on these pans. For thin, 350 for 18 min works well on my big gas oven. 400 for 20 (+) min for a thick crust. You can also prebake crusts but too much work for me. Take the ball out of the freezer in the morning and have pizza when you get back after work. Easy to stretch out. I use a plastic fork (like the give away style at fast food restaurants) to pierce the crust before loading with toppings.
You might want to try pasta sauce rather than the more expensive pizza sauce. Only need 3 or 4 Tbs. If you like mushrooms the big #10 size is like buying small cans at .25 cents. Same for black olives. The restaurant size can be a great deal.
The dough I buy already has oil and no need to add it. Also has all the dough conditioning which I would not be able to provide if I made from scratch. With the Wilton pans, the crust slips right off when done and clean-up is a paper towel!
Update 1/25/2012:
After 6 months, these pans are slick and easy to clean as the day I bought them. Even when cheese gets on them. Just slips off with a paper towel. Can't get any easier.
The pizza dough balls have gone up $2.00 at Sam's Club. They sell them in the food cafe, and you do NOT need a membership to purchase them. But you need a membership for the toppings. ;? At 80 cents or so a pizza crust (or 2 thin) hard to make for that price. You can also use a bread machine to make the dough crust. There are some great books on Amazon and recipes on the internet all seem to work with these pans. I even use on the grocery store pizza.
You might want to try cooked chicken with barbecue sauce. Grilled veggies are wonderful on pizza and heart healthy. Give it a try and let your imagination go wild! And have fun!

Great so far! May 23, 2010
By E. Gobrecht I've always been pleased with Wilton pans. I've only used the pizza pan a couple of times so far, and it hasn't warped in the oven (my biggest fear). Clean up is easy, and still looks great. By comparison, I once bought a Baker's Secret cookie sheet, and upon the first use, it warped in the oven and had permanent dark stains after baking cookies on it (and NO I didn't burn them)!
