Three Pans by Wilton Nov 25, 2008
By Amzn byer

This is a very good set of pans. I use it for baking cookies, chicken, kneading and baking hamburger and hotdog buns.
When I bake a chicken I use foil but my spouse warmed up leftover chicken on it and it didn't stick or damage the pan.
I use steel wool to scour it and it that doesn't scratch it. The reason I tried to scour it is why I gave it four stars instead of five. It turns brown. There's nothing stuck to it, it just turns brown from the oven's heat.
I use the largest one for kneading because it's too big to fit into my small apartment's oven. It's 17 3/4" long and my oven door won't close if I place it lengthwise. Width won't fit either. So the largest pan gets sprinkled with flour and I knead dough on it.
You can't go wrong with Wilton. My mother recommended it, she's a pastry chef, and I've been happy.
Edit: the medium size pan did "pop" and warp in the oven at 450ยบ and no longer lies flat. Still a good pan but the flatness is gone.

Warped on First Use Nov 18, 2009
By Miss Jennifer R. Scott I bought this set after having it on my list on long time and was so excited to finally have some decent cookie sheets. Well, after hoping the other buyers' reviews who mentioned warping were a "fluke" ... it is not. I used the smallest sheet the night I got it to heat a frozn dinner at 350 degrees and within moments I heard the same "pop" as the other reviewer, turned on my oven light, and saw it had warped virtually immediately. (At only 350 degrees!) So, the small one no longer lies flat and I am very disappointed. (I do not hold out much hope for the other two now.) I was glad to feel the "weight" of them (it's even mentioned on the packaing), assuming they would hold up well, but now I am very dubious about this brand's supposed quality.

Really... a decent set Dec 08, 2008
By S. Graham This is a pretty good set for the money. I have used them several times, even thrown them in the dishwasher too!. They have really held up nicely. Much more life in them too.
Con- I was supprised at how small the smallest one is. Thats my fault for not reading the measurement though.
Pro-Really are non stick!! Some brands claim it but these really work!

Wilton Cookie sheets Apr 14, 2011
By R. Deichman

I ordered these cookie sheets based on the Wilton name, and expected a quality product. I am using these pans in my Microwave convection oven for baking, and every time I use one, no matter the temperature, the pan buckles, and it does not produce evenly browned items. Everything slides all over the pan. I'm not a happy camper.

Warped after 2nd use Dec 07, 2010
By JL Bought this set of 3 cookie sheets last week for a potluck gathering this past weekend. The price was right and I figured, even if they just last a few years, I'll just buy another set then. So we baked 2 batches of cookies and then put 2 pumpkin pies on one of them to catch anything that might spill over. When we checked in during baking, the pies were lopsided because the sheet had become warped. The oven was always around 350-400 degrees. I can't believe these didn't even last me 1 week!! What a waste of $. Will be going back to the store for a different brand. Note: these do come with a 5 year warranty. I may attempt to call, but am not expecting anything. Will update if Wilton CS comes through, although, what's the point of having another set of sheets that will warp again?
