Finally found a good cookie sheet!!! Dec 09, 2011

I have been searching for a long time for a good cookie sheet. I do have another air insulated one that I bought years ago and I still have it. It is very hard to find a GOOD one in the stores. I bought other ones that I thought might be close but had no luck with them. They are smaller, the cookies stick, and they have become warped. I do not put them in a dishwasher. All I do is wipe them very good with hot soapy water. I ordered 2 of these cookie sheets and I was very happy when I got them. The size is great, the cookies do not stick and they are baked even.
I can't wait to do X-mas cut-outs with these. :)

I highly recommend this cookie sheet. It is made of heavy gauge steel and has a high quality non stick coating which allows the cookies to slide off of the sheet without using a spatula to remove them. I also like the grip on the upturned edge which makes the sheet easier to handle and the fact that it has the sheet size stamped into the handle.

This is the best Insulated cookie sheet that I've ever used. Great for making very consistant light and fluffy cookies.

First I bought just one, along with 2 other air bake style cookie sheets. The other 2 arrived dented and I was actually thrilled to return them as one Fox something brand was lightweight, the other was a good brand, Calaphon I think it was, but was not even close to how nice this Wilton Excelle Elite one is! How I wish they had more sizes of this but it is a great fit in our 30" wide oven and bakes a very even batch of choc chip cookies. When you take them out of the oven if you just touch the cookies to jostle them loose, then will all just slide right off onto your cooling rack. I have never seen anything work so well. The cookie sheet was not greased and yet the release of the cookies did not even need a utensil! I LOVE the handle, you will too. Not sure if I realized in looking at this to buy it how nice that handle would be, but it is strong and has plenty of room for an oven mit to grab it. Cleanup was a damp dish cloth, there was zero residue of anything at all left on the cookie sheet. Nothing to bake on and burn on multiple times into the oven making this double batch. What a treat to have 3 of these, it is what I wanted for Christmas and I love them. Nothing scorched on the bottom even though I had 2 cookie sheets in the oven at a time so one was on a lower rack. I did not move cookie sheets rotating them to prevent over browning, and yet all turned out great. With the 4 for 3 special it is a great deal as I looked with price grabber and could not find a better deal than here at amazon.

This cookie sheet is a great buy. The larger size allows you to make more cookies at one time.
It also cleans up very easy. I will be purchasing more very soon.
