IT'S THIS YEAR'S BAKING PAN, BUT IT'S AWFUL. Nov 22, 2009
By LIZA PADUPSKY
"THE EXPERIENCED BAKER"
I'M A LONG-TIME BAKER. HAD HIGH HOPES FOR THIS PAN, BUT THE COOKIES WERE RAW IN THE CENTER, AND WHEN I ADDED MORE BAKING TIME, THEY JUST GOT "MORE DONE" OUTSIDE, BUT REMAINED GOOEY IN THE CENTER. PLUS IT TAKES FOREVER TO "STUFF" THE DOUGH INTO THE LITTLE CREVICES. AND IF ANY DOUGH IS OUTSIDE THE EDGES, YOU GET THAT RIM ON THE COOKIES. ALSO, YOU IF YOU HAVE ONLY ONE OF THESE PANS AND YOU WANT TO MAKE LOTS OF COOKIES, IT TAKES FOREVER. FAR TOO FUSSY AND INEFFICIENT FOR ME. IT WOULD TAKE FOREVER TO DO WITH CHILDREN.

Terrible cookie sheet Dec 22, 2009
By Mrs Poobah I'm an experienced cook and baker and this has got to be one of the worse cookie sheets I've ever owned. My cookies also came out undercooked in the center and then browned too dark when I added extra time, just like another reviewer. A disaster. I'll go back to the old way of cutting cookies out with cutters. It works much better than this pan did. A real disappointment and waste of money.

Great cookies Dec 26, 2009
By Heather I have no idea how anyone can give this pan a bad review. The cookie recipe is amazing and the cookies come out light and chewy every time. I have the Christmas and Halloween pan and have never had a problem with either. It's not hard to press the dough into the pan and as long as you spray with cooking spray, the cookies come right out.

Love, Love, Love this pan! Dec 05, 2009
By Julie N. Ragatz My kids are allergic to milk and eggs. In order to make sugar cookies and roll out a vegan cookie dough is always a challenge. I followed the recipe on the back of this pan substituting with vegan margarine and egg replacer. I sprayed the pan lightly with PAM. The cookies came out perfect! They didn't stick and came out of the pan with ease. I am hoping Wilton makes this pan for every occasion!

Not quite as non-stick as I would like Nov 11, 2009
By Amy Mcfarland
"Mom of 2"
VERY cute set! I love that I get 12 different designs. I've used it with cookies, and it's not quite as non-stick as I would like, but with a little extra attention with the spray, they pop right out. My children love making cookies with this at Christmas!
