Great product for a great price. Very sturdily constructed pan with perfectly straight sides for professional looking cakes. Bakes evenly.

I bought this pan to use as protection for the spring form pan when making cheesecakes in a water bath. It was a tip from Cook's Illustrated and since wrapping the spring form pan in aluminum foil never kept the water out, I wanted to try it. It worked like a charm. I used a 9 inch spring form pan and we got a crispy crust on our cheesecake because no water got in.

I purchased this as one of three to design my son's first birthday cake. This pan worked well - no issues with burning, unevenness, or sticking. Wilton products have yet to let me down.

At the time this was the only cake pan this size available. I just finished making my Dungeon Castle cake. I had great success with this pan.
