Bought this for my 2 year old's birthday party. I used the store bought funfetti cake mix. The pan is big enough for the entire mix and cooks very evenly (about 35min)-always a concern because not all pans do this. I used regular white frosting across the cake and black and yellow icing-for-writing from the grocery store for the nose, eyes, whiskers and bow outline. I used red sugar crystals for the bow-very cute!!! It took me all of about 10-15 minutes to decorate the cake!!! The Wilton star-dotting instructions just seemed tedious and I honestly think the cake looks cuter the way I did it and without spending a lot of time and hand cramping! Will definitly use the pan more often knowing that it cooks and decorates easily!

This product is awesome. The pan comes with step by step instructions that are very easy to follow. I am by all means not a baker and/ or crafty person, and I must say that the cake turned out beautiful...if i can do it, anybody can do it. My daughter was elated and my relatives were shocked at how professional-like the cake looked. This is a must-buy for any hello kitty fan. Also, I highly recommend purchasing the Wilton's Hello Kitty icing color set to go with this. The colors are perfect and really add to that true Hello Kitty look. Wilton Hello Kitty Icing Color Set

Wilton does it again! I love their shaped pans as a rule but this one is especially cute. The cake bakes well in it and it is a decent size - you won't feed hundreds with it but you should be able to feed a medium sized little kid party just fine. Comes with decorating instructions, including which icing tips and colors should be used where for best results.

The Hello Kitty Cake was so cute! To my surprise when I opened it their was not one, but two pans! The only bad thing is that the imprint doesn't really stay so it's just Hello Kitty Shaped when the cake is done.

I highly recommend you buying from this seller. The Hello Kitty pan arrived sooner than expected (I didn't pay extra for shipping) and it was in perfect condition. It is hard to find this pan somewhere else and the price was higher in other sites. This seller had a reasonable price.
