I purchased this for a 70th Anniversary Party. What do you give a couple who has been married for 70 years? They already have everything they could ever use. So we put up a money tree 'cause that's the gift that won't get stashed in the back of a closet. Well, this little money tree did not really stand upright. It was crooked and wobbly. I thought that I might use it for a jewelry tree after the party but the stupid thing broke in two places on the ride back home. This after being placed in a box surrounded by soft materials. So it's pretty much toast. It looked OK and served the purpose for one-time use but I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

This tree is perfect! We're using it for a money tree at a black and white wedding. I don't know what the other review is talking about. It's very sturdy- not at all wobbly. Don't know how they broke it. The thing is made of METAL! I own a bakery/event planning business, and I will be buying more to use at events!

This item is very cute but be careful when you're putting it together because the bottom attachments are soldered on and may come apart if you pull too hard.

I bought this for a Retirement Party Money Tree. We had to put a sign at the tree because guests did not realize what it was. We put money on the tree so we didn't have to tell people. Not good for a money tree.
