Love my Wilton Petite Mini Loaf Pans Jul 23, 2005
By Ida Mccarty

I have several of these pans, and I love them. They bake up evenly without burn spots. The pans don't rust, and are easy to clean. I love them!

Excellent pan! Jan 07, 2008
By J. Shouse I have really enjoyed using this pan for Christmnas baking. I found that any loaf recipe that yields a 9x5 loaf, will make 9 mini loaves in this pan. Just perfect for individual serving, snacking, and putting into gift packs. It would be very good for bake sale items.
I have, however, had trouble finding the paper liners for the pan in local stores and even on-line. Only place so far has been the Wilton website.

My favorite pan. Repeat buyer. Feb 10, 2009
By Kimberly Hart

I bought this pan several months ago and use ALOT. Its my fav pan. I bought one for my best friend for Christmas. Breads come out so easy. Pan cleans up very well too. Cooks evenly. Prefer much over the darker pans. Tip: if one pan is not filled with batter, add a little water in pan.

disadvantages of aluminum Jul 04, 2009
By M. Howton
"Official Animal Servant"
I hadn't anticipated that this aluminum pan would be quite so flimsy. I once had a muffin pan much the same, and it didn't take too many times of loosening the muffins to put a table knife clear through one of the depressions. If you put cake or muffin batter in these, even with Pam spray, be gingerly when you go around the edge to loosen the contents of the mini loaf.

warped Dec 03, 2008
By LW The bread I made in this pan baked nicely, but the pan warped a bit while baking. In general, it was much more light weight than I was expecting.
