I bought this to display mini desserts at my school auction. I thought it was a little smaller than it looked online, but it fitted all my desserts. I layered the desserts so that each tier held a different dessert and placed fresh roses in between the desserts. It looked so pretty - I wasn't expecting the tier to look this good because it is not glass, but it worked really well. It was easy to transport too because all the tiers pull apart - something I didn't know when I looked at this online. So it was easy to push all the tiers together when I was ready to set up my display, and it is easy to store since it stacks neatly into itself once it is disassembled. This also means you can choose to have 2, 3 or 4 tiers. Also the tiers were very sturdy, unlike some tiers that topple easily, this one is quite rigid. I'm loving the tier tower and I know I will use this regularly.

I needed a stand that would hold up to 30 standard size cupcakes at my daughters birthday party and this worked. The only thing I wasn't happy about and didn't see in any of the reviews that I read was that each platform/layer is slightly slopped downward so the cupcakes weren't very secure on the stand which is the reason several cupcakes fell off. No big deal just a slight concern of mine. Still happy I purchased though. It is constructed out of good plastic and can easily be decorated.

I've already gotten a lot of use out of this tower. We used it for cupcakes for my son's baptism and 1st birthday party and several people asked me where I'd purchased it. I've also used it to display fruit and it was a huge hit. I love that when not in use, it can be broken down and stored with ease. Doesn't take up any room at all. Love it!

I purchased the Wilton 4-Tier Stacked Cupcake and Dessert Tower to showcase mini cupcakes at a baby shower I was hosting. This product worked perfected and I absolutely adore it!
I was hesitant when reading some of the previous reviews that made it sound as though the cupcakes were going to slide off the tiers. This was NOT the case at all! Yes, the tiers are somewhat slanted down in an effort to showcase the tops of all the cupcakes. The slant is ever-so-slight though that nothing is going to slide off. Each tier also has a bit of a lip, which helps to ensure nothing slides off the tiers.
The tiers are white plastic. The plastic is very sturdy and the fact that it is made out of plastic makes it very durable and easy to wash. The Wilton 4-Tier Stacked Cupcake and Dessert Tower comes in a box in five very easy to assemble pieces, the base and four tiers. It is easy to store, and you could easily take it with you to assemble and showcase cupcakes/desserts elsewhere.
As I stated earlier, I purchased this to showcase mini cupcakes. The Wilton 4-Tier Stacked Cupcake and Dessert Tower held 88 mini cupcakes comfortably. You may be able to squeeze a few more mini cupcakes on, but it would be tight, and you would be in danger of creating a frosting mess.
Overall, I love this product! I often make mini cupcakes and can't believe that I didn't purchase the Wilton 4-Tier Stacked Cupcake and Dessert Tower sooner. The price on Amazon was the best I found for this same product. I will get a ton of use out of this product and I can't wait to use it again!

- Stores very easily and compact, considering it's size when it's assembled.
- Sturdy material and stable when assembled. Lightweight.
- Great used alone or decorated (i.e. ribbon around the edges of each layer)
- Washes up beautifully. Dress it up or down as you wish.
- Holds large cupcakes with plentiful frosting without squishing them at all.
- Affordable!
