In the interest of full disclosure, I am new to cake decorating. WEith that said, I always look for professional kitchen supplies because I hate wasting my money. This bag is the bomb! I used it last night and it was so easy to use.
I frosted a two layer 9" cake (two colors), and this 14" bag seemed a bit big, but worked just fine. I think I'm going to buy a couple smaller bags to have on hand; I need them anyway for multiple frosting colors.
The coating on the inside works!! It was easy to frost and cleanup was a breeze. I took the advice of another reviewer that said to clean up while the frosting is still soft, so I did. A little hot water and soap. Done.
This bag does not need couplers. Of course, being that I'm a newbie, I bought some when I bought the bag. You can use them, but you'll have to cut part of the bag off so that the hole is larger and the coupler fits properly. I didn't want to do that so I gave it a go at just using the tips I had. It worked perfectly. No drips, no mess. I used the standard size tips that came with my last (unfortunate) purchase of a frosting kit that broke after a few uses.
To sum up, look no further - if you want a quality product, but this piping bag. It's great!

I don't decorate as much as I used to, but I've always prefered to use the Featherweight piping bags, they're easy to work with and usually last a pretty long time! I am very pleased.

I used this tonight for some potatoes and found it to be a strong bag. I wasn't sure it would be as it is very lightweight but it worked fine and held up very well. I will probably pick up some other sizes of this bag.

I got this frosting bag because the smaller ones do not hold enough to frost the tops of 2 dozen cupcakes without constantly having to refill. Easy to wash, very durable...wish I had more of them!
