3Easy sanding guide coat that won't clog your paper  Jun 05, 2011

I heard about how great this guide coat was and bought 3 cans of it. This guide coat sands really nice and doesn't clog paper. Really nice for dry sanding (wet sanding i've noticed you can almost rub it off). My main problem is that you use soooo much more of it, because it dries so fast that you literally have to be 2" off the panel. Also it has NO fan pattern, so triple the amount of passes. The upsides are great, but the fact that a SEM can of guide coat lasts twice as long and a little over half the size breaks the deal on this stuff.
