Great set of paints to get started Apr 22, 2011

I really liked this paint set as a beginner face painter. It gives you a wide range of colors to experiment with without paying a lot to get started. The paint is easy to work with as well. Highly recommend if you are a beginner or are painting one time at a school event.

This product worked great. It would be nice if the paints had individual lids, but it worked well. I also ran out of black and white quickly. It would not hurt to get extra black and white if you are going to be doing a lot of faces. I did not like using the triangle sponges with this but liked brushes and my finger.

I was asked to paint faces for a fundraiser and I purchased these face paints to do just that. They worked well and were easy to use. It was a hot day, however, and by the end of the day, most of the paints had become very soft and harder to use. But all in all, it is worth buying. My friend who was also doing the painting with me ended up buying the other snazaroo pallet set of 12 colors. But it did not come in purple or pinks. she had multiple browns and blues. I was glad I bought the 28 colors. It is worth the extra money to make sure you have enough colors to choose from. Happy Painting!

My Granddaughter is into theatrical makeup and this provided a variety of colors. I wish that each color "pot" had more of the color. Service was good and Snazaroon is non-toxic.
