This desk is a piece of junk. I was expecting more- a lot more considering how expensive it was. The larger panels are particle board covered very badly with a very thin veneer. The veneer kept peeling off along the edges. It looks like the legs and wood around the frame are solid wood but definitely not hardwood. It is almost like balsa wood. The glass seems very thin. It says it's tempered glass. Let's hope that is true. Putting the thing together was easy. All the holes matched up and all the hardware was there.
Overall the desk feels flimsy and cheap.
