Just the right size for marking small objects Dec 17, 2006

For those situations where a fine-point Sharpie won't do, this is excellent. I would avoid using it on paper, though, for it tends to bleed through. For indelible marking on paper, I would say a Pilot G2 Gel is far better.
I use this Sharpie for marking the insides of watch cases with the date of repair and my initials (I repair mechanical watches). The marker's ink can come cleanly off with rubbing alcohol when the watch comes by for service again.
I keep a box of 12 in the top drawer. Use them all the time. Highly recommended.

Perfect permanent marker, but so hard to find. Jun 28, 2010

I really love this particular Sharpie. I'll never know why they are so hard to find in stock in stores like Office Depot. This is the best pen Sharpie makes for fine line writing when permanence is required. The point is perfect for note taking outdoors where you are subject to poor weather conditions. Thank goodness Amazon carries these pens.

For the Artist Feb 09, 2012
By Mo This marker should NOT be used for drawing. They are not archival safe which means as time passes drawings will warp and become distorted. I originally used these for drafting thumbnails and storyboards but not a simple uniball pen does the trick. -Just a heads up.
Good deal on price Apr 30, 2012

I bought these as a compromise between the "fine" and "ultra fine". Unfortunately, they are very close to the ultra-fine. I wish I could get something mid-way between fine and ultra-fine. Also, the writing is not nearly permanent on non-absorbing surfaces like metal and glass. I was hoping to get something more reliable than the ultra-fine. The fine work well until the ink is gone. The ultra fine seem to be dry every time I want to use one. They don't last at all with intermittent use.
Favorite Sharpie Apr 18, 2012
By Kelly This is definitely my favorite Sharpie product.
They are similar to the ultra fine Sharpie, but I like the tip on this one a lot better. I think that it writes more smoothly than the ultra fine, but it's still a thin line so you can write really small.
I have lots of these, and still have not had any die or fade.
If these weren't permanent it would be my #1 go-to pen. Since it is permanent, it's my #2 go-to pen.
