Works very well; price seems high Jul 20, 2011
By D. Terrell I bought this to label the bags and containers of baby food I've been making and freezing. I haven't had a problem with it. I think the key is to put it on when the item you are sticking it to is dry. If it gets wet after it's been applied, I haven't had a problem with it coming off. If something is wet when it's applied, it doesn't stick as well, like any tape.
I bought this same tape at a store a few years ago and it wasn't this pricey for one roll. Being a new mom, though, I didn't have time to go searching around at stores for it as not too many stores usually carry it so I bought it from Amazon, though I think I could have gotten it cheaper at a store.

Love it! Jun 29, 2010

I bought this to label my daughter's bottles at daycare and I love it - it stays on through multiple washings, including the dishwasher, but peels off easily when you want to. Highly recommended for labeling wet items.

Name That Mystery Container! Jan 16, 2012

I can't count the number of times I've thrown a container of chicken stock, some random side dish, or a piece of meat into the freezer without labeling it. It doesn't seem like a big deal at the time but two months later I have no idea what is inside it. I have no idea when I made the food, and I usually just throw it out. What a waste! Using this handy tape which I keep right on top of my fridge waiting to label stuff, I can now mark everything I put in the fridge and freezer. I label what it is and the date I froze it. I actually use it for stuff in the fridge too so I know how fresh my leftovers are. I do a lot of cooking at home so I'm always putting leftovers into the fridge, they suffer the same fate as the frozen stuff, although on a shorter timeline. The tape works great, just make sure you put it on a dry surface or it will peel off. So if you pull stuff out of the freezer to label, make sure you wipe it off first. Great product, very handy if you cook and freeze frequently.

Works ok Aug 24, 2011
By mommabear I was looking for something to label frozen glass bottles of breastmilk. This works ok. It's hard to stick on an already frozen glass surface or if the surface is damp at all. But, overall works fine if I stick it to the dry unfrozen glass.
Kroger is much cheaper! May 22, 2012
By H. Brooks Not sure why it's so expensive here, but I got it at Kroger for under $3. Works great, and no need to use extra labels just write right on the tape.
