Great Starter Kit. Oct 25, 2012

I purchased this kit to docquick little paint jobs, I tell you this kit is well worth it. The compressor is very quiet, turns off and on automatically, and your able to regulate the air pressure. The airbrush is well weighted and works very well. The supplied hose threads onto the airbrush with a grip nut so swapping out airbrushes is quick and easy.

I purchased this kit with the intention of painting "Gundam/ Gunpla" models. I've always read good/ positive reviews for Paasche products. The airbrush is made of very good quality metal. It's made in the US. The compressor is great and automatically shuts off when it stores enough air or when it reaches max pressure, runs very quiet too. It may seem a little pricey at first but It's worth the investment. You'll actually end up paying close to $180 for the compressor alone at some Hobby stores. It's a great starter kit for any beginner or experienced user. Keep in mind that if you've never used a Dual action airbrush, START PRACTICING!The best thing about gravity feed style is the easy clean up. I suggest soapy water as paint thinner might damage any seals inside the brush. Hope you enjoy!
