Love this product Pearl Ex Aug 08, 2010

I have been using Jaquard Pearl Ex for several years with my poly clay productions ( prefer Premo). I love the way the Pearl Ex colors bring extra color and shine to the poly clay. It seems expensive, but amazingly it lasts a long time. Well, unless you are using it 24/7, which I don't. I use a few good small, watercolor, soft, type brushes to apply it. I like the talon brushes, sizes: rounds 1 and 6, flat 10, script 1. If you make larger items, you would like larger brushes. I place the brush tip in the Pearl Ex bottle, then tap it gently in the upside down lid. After tapping off excess, it is applied to the item. I don't think I would enjoy my finished product near as much if the Pearl Ex was not used. Anyway, have fun and make pretty stuff. Frequently, simple lined rubber stamps make a nice pin or pendant used with poly clay and Pearl Ex.
Love this stuff. Feb 25, 2013
By Katherine Okay so this is my first time using mica powder and I love it. It does the job of giving my clay items nice effects when I don't want to do a lot of blending to achieve the perfect color. It also gives my pieces shimmer and I love shimmer. It's a great product
Sculpy Magic Aug 09, 2012
By Skeenka Love these powders! I use them with Sculpy, and my projects turn out great. The powder goes a long way. Definitely a good deal.

Great gift! Jan 19, 2010

This was a gift for a friend. She was completely happy with it, and I will be getting more for her later on. Kind of expensive, but worth it.
