Do not expect much Nov 15, 2011

My pen's nib broke just taking it out of the package, I assume unless it came that way. The nib was so thin I didn't know that until I tried to use it. The ink is quite watery. At 7 dollars you should not expect much but its still seems a bit cheesy given that.
A questionable purchase.

Speedball Pen & Ink Set Mar 30, 2012
By Debi Dawn I purchased this product for my art class. The tip of the pen fell out, and disappeared into the great beyond! I must purchase another pen sometime. For now the teacher is allowing us to use regular black pens. So, that's the story of the speedball pen. Sincerely, Deborah Clinkingbeard

By Branwen Clwyd It broke as soon as I used it the stupid thing!!! I was outraged and very ashamed of choosing such a bad company!!!!
Not impressive Jul 28, 2011

I opened this pen with high hopes of beginning my scratching career only to find the nib tip was half missing. Either it was defective or half of the nib broke clean off while I took it out of the package. Heck of a way to throw a few dollars away to strangers. My experience may be unique but I only have the one to go on.
Save yourself some trouble. In this age of "China" quality control, either buy a kit with multiple pens and nibs to be safe or buy another brand.
