The Renegade airbrushes aren't for everyone - they are for the proven elite artist. I've had these for about 9 months now. I'm not a professional and only use them occasionally but they are awesome. They are of outstanding quality and I have never had any issues with use or spray quality. All metal no plastic bits.

Cleanup is typical but not cumbersome. Their fine "dark chrome" finish and brass parts makes it pretty straight forward.

I bought this set because I wasn't sure exactly which style of brush I wanted and Iwata's are just too pricey to experiment with, given the limited use they would see, but at the same time I didn't want junk.

I have large beefy hands and these are quite comfortable and easy to handle. The action is good and the spray is fine. all adjustments are precise and smooth.

This set was the perfect choice for me, and as it turns out I use all three! Mostly painting RC racing car bodies. I could not be more satisfied, I plan on using them a very long time.

UPDATE: Now over a year in, they continue to impress me. I push them a little more as I get more experienced with them, they will get down to a VERY, VERY fine hairline spray. I mostly use Tamiya acrylic paints straight out of the bottle, no thinner.. flawless stream of fine even spray every time. Never clogs or spits.

This set is a great value...you get all three varieties of the Renegade brushes in a hard plastic carrying case. The trigger action on these are so smooth. Well built, parts are cheap if needed, made in the USA, and Badger has some of the best customer service in the business.
