These gels are great, but the last time I ordered them several had burst open during the shipping process, I assume because they froze. It was a huge mess to clean up. These things are great, but make sure to have them shipped in above-freezing temperatures.

I am in love with these food colors! They don't water down my icing, they don't taste funky, and the colors are vibrant and beautiful! I bought these to try out the Americolor brand at the recommendation of a food blogger and I am not disappointed. Once I get the money, I'm going to be buying the large set of Americolor 41 4-oz size bottles that I found recently on Amazon.

These colors are so true to life and vibrant! The drip, drop out of the bottle makes it so easy to duplicate the exact same color again. The food color doesn't change the taste or texture of any food. I had no problems with shipping, and it was super fast.

I've used dyes similar to these before but really liked these. The colors were more rich and the conatiners were larger as well.
