This stuff worked great on my cheap particle board desk that was all scratched up. I went over it with an $8 Epoxy resin kit after it dried and even put some pictures of antique maps from an old calendar on top to be locked in the resin. The texture & color of the spray really pops. This finish is better than the one the desk came with.The spray was easy to use as some you have to be careful to have an even coverage. Not so with this. you can spray far or close and the result is a consistent coating.

I used for a resin bird bath basin that had faded. Allowed to cure overnight. Nice coverage and application. No clogs or irregular spray. I like the product and it does not indicate anywhere on the label that it is waterproof -- nor does it suggest it is durable for outdoor use.
The product lifted in sheets once I filled the birdbath with water. I have since purchased the companion product MAKE IT LAST from an online craft store where they offered free shipping and half the price I found elsewhere. Hope that will work to make this water resistant - as that product indicates it will offer that protection for this particular product. If not, I will use the birdbath as a decorative feature only and perhaps try planting herbs or small border flowers in basin.

I've used this stuff in the past many many times. Must be VOC regulations as this stufe does not work as well as it has in years past. Coverage is ok as long as you prime with a darker paint.

Sprayed smoothly. dried to nice shiny finish. nicely covered rust on an oven trim piece. 3 months later and no rust coming back through.

 WRONG COLOR DISPLAY BUT WE MADE IT WORK May 13, 2012

Amazon, please fix this products color display. It is notthe color that arrived at my house. The cap color on the website is totally wrong. This color has no red like shown but a ivory tone. Very disappointing, but I made it work.
