The idea behind this is a great one but in order to get all the orange peel sanded out you need another full can of clear. As I was wet sanding with 1500 grit, it went down to the color. I stopped immediately and purchased 2 more cans of clear. Now it came out looking like glass and the color does shift. I am pleased with the results and would purchase this product again.

I used this paint on a Wireless Keyboard. I was a bit worried that it would ruin the finish, being plastic, but there was no problem at all. I HIGHLY recommend this and the other Mirage colors to anyone wanting to put some SPARK in your day. Just one word of warning: EVERYONE WHO SEES IT WILL COMMENT!! (Oh, and for as difficult as this product was to find, it's well worth it.)

Painted my grandson's batting helmet with this and he's got the most unusual helmet on his team. Real easy to apply this paint. No trick to it at all.

We got a little worried that it wasn't working. Added a couple more coats during the second step and our kids were thrilled with the color changing effects. The purple to green is a subtle difference so we found that a couple more coats than the recommendations called for satisfied us. Can't wait to try some other colors.

We bought this color changing Paint for my son's pinewood derby car. A bit time consuming to apply, But the result is beyond cool! My older son used it on his ski helmet, also with impressive results. Great stuff!
