AmeriColorTM Meringue Powder is uniquely formulated to provide a beautiful topping, as well as making a superb buttercream Icing or a perfect royal icing. Our premium blend of ingredients affords the decorator excellence as well as economy. For example, if you can't use all the royal icing that you make in one day, just cover your bowl with a damp towel, tightly wrap it with plastic wrap, and re-whip it the next day. It also makes an excellent boiled icing. It has a pleasant flavor and enticing aroma.

5Americolor beats Wilton for my royal icing  Mar 14, 2012

I use royal icing to decorate cookies and I use Americolor Meringue powder to make it. It's very stable and I'm able to have a better consistency icing than with Wilton meringue powder. I highly recommend it for consistent results in your royal icing projects. :)
