5Makes really lovely royal icing  Jan 28, 2011

I'm loving the Americolor brand more and more. This meringue powder is great for making royal icing for decorating cookies. It has a nice flavor and consistency...better than Wilton by far. Highly recommend it!

I do not care for Wilton's meringue powder, so I've been branching out. AmeriColor's meringue powder is good...my favorite thus far is Ateco's, but this one was good. I may buy it again sometime.
