I suspect my use for this brayer is atypical. I bought it to remove the bubbles underneath vinyl numbers when I install them on my car for driver's ed events. It works great to remove the bubbles and doesn't damage the paint.

This item works great with the speedball ink and when you use it on linoleum blocks. It does make a squeaky noise, but still works fine. I would recommend it.

I love this for all of my projects i've been doing recently. I made some square blocks and mod podged scrapbook paper to them and had a hard time getting the bubbles out until I got this brayer. I love it and I am so pleased with my purchase. :)
