We have had this hook up holding a basket of bathtoys over the tub for about six months now and it had stayed up with no problems.

We recently installed three of these bathroom hooks in the toilet/shower room of our travel trailer. They were the perfect solution since the trailer walls are thin and we were concerned about drilling holes to install a standard towel rack. The hooks are well made and the grip surface on the end of the hook keeps towels on the hook so they don't slide to the floor.
We've used many of the Command hooks in our home and I can't say enough good things about the product line.

I bought these so the kids could get their towels up off the floor. They are easily installed and very sturdy and seem to grab the wall and hang onto it. And they have what appears to be a rubber-type product on the hook which hangs onto the towel. All in all a super product!

Stick With This Product For Glass Surface Oct 11, 2011

We have a stand up glass shower stall in our master bathroom. This strip has very good review for Water-Resistant, but no one mentioned if it would stick well on glass surface.
We wanted to hang out heavy bath towel up on the outside of the stall, and I was afraid that it would not be able to hold the weight. However, for $4.31 I took a chance.
After 2 weeks of usage, I can report that this sticks on very well on glass surface. There's no sign that it will fall off any time soon. I even tug it down to test it, and it seems very sturdy. The heavy towel, even after it has been use (wet) can be hung no problem. I followed the instructions exactly, and I'm very happy with this product.
Although, the area I use it will never be wet, I'm just surprise at how strong the hold is on glass surface.
I'm ordering more!
I highly recommend the Command 17600B Bathroom Hook and Water-Resistant Strips, 1 Hook 2 Strips if you want to stick this on your glass surface.

Big fan of command products. Takes all the load and strip takes beating from steam and still holds load. Good product.
Note: this is a big hook, so don't expect to hang small items. It is mainly intended for towels and bath robs etc. Also, it is quite big in size.
